Hello and welcome to Slinky Linky this week.
I have to say, after last week’s success, this week has been bad. But I am OK with that, and I am still writing down what I eat, and counting my points.
I went away last weekend, and did do really well, but it was when I got back that things went wrong. We hadnt been able to to any shopping until yesterday, and so we’d been eating what was in the house. We also had guests and took them out for lunch three days this week. I also have been feeling pretty down this week, about everything really, about my weight, my job, leaving Bubs, turning 30 – so my motivation was rather low.
But hey, slate is wiped clean, and here we are again ready for a better week.

What do you do when you are stressed or feeling down and trying to lose weight? Do you have any tips? How can I stop reaching for a takeaway, or making wrong choices? If you have a takeaway, what do you have that is fairly ‘healthy’? or low weight watchers points if you are doing that (as I am).
I am on track today, and have made some good choices. I do have my birthday this weekend but I am hoping that I can try and make healthy choices food wise (probably not drink wise!).
